How to report a copyright or DMCA concern about haruhime.moe or its tools: the takedown and counter notice steps, and that we host no beatmaps ourselves.

What we host

haruhime.moe hosts no beatmaps, maps or other user files itself. The tools point to beatmaps on the osu! API and the hinai mirror; the beatmaps belong to their mappers, and the music and art in them to their artists. See the disclaimers page.

Copyright and DMCA

Our designated agent for copyright notices is haruhime@haruhime.moe.

A takedown notice should include

  1. your contact information;
  2. the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
  3. the URL or page the material appears on;
  4. a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized;
  5. a sworn statement that you're the rights holder, or authorized to act for them;
  6. your physical or electronic signature.

A counter-notice should include

  1. your contact information;
  2. the material removed and where it appeared;
  3. a sworn, good-faith statement that it was removed by mistake or misidentification;
  4. your consent to the jurisdiction of your local courts, or haruhime's;
  5. your physical or electronic signature.
