Terms
The terms for haruhime.moe itself: the site and the haruhime account, the MIT-licensed libraries, each tool's own terms, no warranty, and how to reach haruhime.
What this site is
#haruhime.moe is the home page for haruhime's osu! tools: it describes them, links to them, lists the libraries they're built from and shows their README files. It also runs the haruhime account, the osu! sign-in packs, pools and bb share. Your account is yours to delete on your account page. Using the site means you accept these terms.
The libraries
#The @haruhimemoe packages shown on Libraries are released under the MIT license. Each package's license file governs its use; the docs pages here are a rendering of each repo's README and may lag the repo.
Each tool has its own terms
#The tools run on their own subdomains with their own data, so each has its own terms, which apply there instead of these:
Not affiliated
#The site isn't affiliated with or endorsed by ppy Pty Ltd. See the disclaimers.
Disclaimer of warranties
haruhime.moe is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, haruhime is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or accounts, arising from your use of haruhime.moe.
